When I started at The Workout Place I was hesitant to lift heavy because I was still dealing with diastasis recti after pregnancies. I am not someone who normally likes the gym. I don't look like I belong, I don't feel like I belong, and I don't know how to do the exercises much less which ones I should be doing.
